-------Address of President Zhang Daili of Redcollar in the forum of the forth APEC medium and small enterprises service association

In order to fit the development in APECK area, the forth APEC medium and small enterprises took “independent innovation of medium and small enterprises and support of government” as its topic. It was held brilliantly in Qingdao Haitian Hotel from Oct 9^th to Oct 10^th, 2006. The forum included 19 Asia-Pacific medium and small enterprises service association organ members and focused on discussing technical development, innovation of management and preferential policies for high and technical enterprises of government.

President Mr Zhang Daili, deputy of People’s Congress of Qingdao City, working model and outstanding elite of Qingdao, councilman of Chinese clothing committee and vice president of Qingdao clothing committee, made an address stand for medium and small enterprises in China.

In the forum, “Redcollar” as one of the ten famous brands in Chinese clothing industry, as a leading enterprise in Qingdao clothing industry, the sole manufacturing enterprise in this forum, attracted attention from home and abroad. Mr Zhang Daili pointed out that:” In more than ten years’ development, Redcollar relied on innovation of value, management, system and combination of resources. Working staff, scale and interest of Redcollar were 100 times larger than that of initially built; technology reform and innovation of hanger system of suits increased capability; introduction of ERP informationized system made information digitalized, management scientifically……Independent innovation was original power of Redcollar’s sustainable development. With the support and policies of government and passion of working staff, Redcollar would realize its dream of creating life, creating green, creating energy and creating everything. The address of Mr Zhang Daili was inspired and all honored guests heard successful examples from real independent innovation of enterprise. Mr Zhang was the only one who did not take script, but won continuous blouse. All honored guests appreciated his address.

By this forum, all medium and small member enterprises exchanged their experiences, promoted government managing environment and improved integrated level and marketing capabilities of medium and small enterprises. At the same time, it also provided a platform for making friends and doing business.
