In 2007, informationization construction of Redcollar got thoroughly reform and improve and successfully finished move of original system and improvement of perfection of original system functions and most work of new system’s exploring.
At the beginning of 2007, based on the developing strategy program in the following several years made by leaders, informationization program group decided to carry out a complete platform supported by informationization, it was a combination of electronic commerce platform and inner ERP system which fitted the characteristics of clothing industry and strategy needs of business. After several months’ classification of needs and evaluation of program, Redcollar singed software project contracts with two companies in July 2007.
As an “most important project”, in the process of construction of informationization and reform and improve of ERP program, Information Dept and program members completed all transfer of new operation system and new data and put it into use. At the same time, they also completed some reform of web hardware. On improvement of original function and development of new system function, Information Dept completed control of terminal stores (including deposit and cashier), production plan of MTM, preservation of materials, and receivable payment of Account Dept and management of gift cards. They also dealt with “suit transferred to single jacket or pant” and few order numbers”, solved the long-term problems thoroughly. This could reflect sales and stocks of terminal stores, increase integrated functions and expanding of the system, so that it could dismiss technical blocks for business expanding and combination of procedures in the future. At the same time, this greatly made a solid foundation for combination of account dept in 2008. In order to guarantee the accuracy of data of information system, information center brought concrete operating module into check system of data. Therefore, switch of basic operating platform of resource management system in the company come true (The switch included switch of operating system, database and application program.)
At present, the integrated combination of ERP system was being down. It was estimated that the project would be finished before Jun 30, 2008. B2B business mode of electronic commerce platform has been fixed. Now customers could place orders and preserve materials from the customer login platform; salesman could operate orders, complete jointing of electronic commerce platform and recording of customer’s file information. The project of B2C was being explored. In the following process of informationization, perfect details and improved procedures will guarantee successful accomplishment of the project.
